If you bought GalCiv IV on Epic and which to upgrade to GalCiv IV: Supernova (GalCiv IV + Supernova expansion) on Steam you can do so here:

I purchased Glaciv IV, the expansion pass, and Supernova upgrade on Epic. I just used the Steam key transfer service. On Steam, I now own only the base Galciv IV game. I do not own the Supernova upgrade, nor the expansion pack, nor the DLC.
Was this what was intended with the transfer?
Looking at Steam, it is difficult to tell what version of GalCiv IV I have. In my library there is no mention of Supernova. On the Steam store page it looks like only the base game is for sale. When you go to purchase the game, it does show the supernova edition.
I am in the same both, I had Supernova and Expension Pass.. transfered to Steam, and my pass is gone
I'm not sure how the transfer stuff works with regard to DLC and expansions. Contact [email protected]. Tell them I sent you. 
A pity I didn't see this until two years after I bought the Supernova as a separate additional purchase. 
Oh well, I guess it shows how much I like GalCiv
Bought both on Epic because it was on there before Steam.
