Supernova Factions

Way back at the Gal Civ IV Alpha, I asked if you could add Factions to the settings for Custom Civs.  I thought it got a favorable response, but it was never implemented.  IMHO Supernova would really benefit from this upgrade with all the emphasis on being able to craft unique new civs so easily.

I was not around back then, so could you maybe explain, what exactly do you mean? (Or link the post)
Do you mean the 4 factions from the leaders screen?

Yes, that's what I'm referring to.  Adding the ability to pick which 4 specific factions, not just a block of 4,  are used by our custom Civ would help make them more unique.

I'd like this too.  But I think factions needs to be overhauled as well.
