Feature Request - Custom Background positioning

Hello! If I can, I'd like to request a custom background positioning that allows you zoom in on a certain part of image and lets you adjust the position with a mouse for the wallpaper/background without having the need to crop the original file.

 

I do not see anything like it in the Background Positioning options.
