Active Window color for Windows Classic is not working

I'm using the 'Windows Classic by Stardock' official theme, so nothing that is unofficial or user created. The window that's active appears to be completely wrong/miscolored. I reset/re-installed the software... didn't fix it. Any advice? It's clearly a bug. It's supposed to be completely solid blue.

in the stardock blinds app, the title bar is actually working...

Or not. My bet is that it's a conflict with another modification app like Classic Shell.

My guess is, You may have a conflict with open shell here. Looks like You are using it's explorer toolbar.

That is how its designed in that theme. The windows 11 caption section is used for file explorer. The developer of that theme designed it so that the tabs are easy to read under windows 11 systems.

If you are looking for a more accurate windows 7 classic style, try my Aero11 classic substyle option. Theme
