Not Allowed to download my own IconPackages ?

Sad really

I find it very discouraging that I'm not allowed to download my own Art. I'm not going to elaborate further , I'll just leave it at that.

So....I was wondering what is the appropriate wait time to get an answer to this issue, or am I just not allowed access ..... period ?

I guess I am confused, Ace.  You want to get packages from us because you no longer have them yourself?

You're missing the point completely. Not only have you terminated my ability to download ANYTHING from the site , but also blocked access to my own property that I kindly and freely uploaded to the site. All this after 13 years.

Then help me, Ace, as I don't know what you are talking about.  What could you do before that you can't now because of something you think we did? What, that you do not already have, are we preventing you from getting?  Do you have other accounts here at Stardock?  If so, what are they?

Ace...I've seen this before. Usually, it's a glitch that can be reset. Do you have an active subscription to WC? Did you get a pop-up saying you've reached your download limit?

If I may come with an assumption:

If it's so that you (AceMatrix) no longer have an active subscription to Object Desktop or any other product and don't have a sub to Wincustomize.com, then I believe it's normal that you have a download limit at WC, even though you may have contributed with many valued submissions there.

Just a thought...

Sean, Ace has no other accounts per the User lookup tool.

Jan, I think that's the exact problem he's run into.
