Weird Bug or Something I Did

I have been tinkering with a new blind, called "Spring Break", and my latest issue is that on the left side of the start menu, the screen goes from the color I want to white when hovering over the icons with a mouse. For example:

Not what I intended to have happen. Could be a border issue, or start menu issue that I am not aware of.

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Not too sure, but, if it always happen when you mouse over items that have its jumplist show up on the right panel. It might be your "Expanded Start Menu" area. I usually don't have anything there. Try looking there.
