can't activate

After reinstalling windows 8.1 I can't seem to activate Start8 again on the fresh install of Windows, activated first time fine, please can you help me, thank you.

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. What error you encounter when you try to activate it again? And It was activated before? It lost it activation and ask for activation again after reboot? Elaborate please.
