Using icons on website

Hello!

I read info, about section etc., but still I am not sure whether it is possible to use icons on webpage?

It would be private project, something like webdev portfolio hosted on github pages.

I am interested with old style icons like https://www.wincustomize.com/explore/iconpackager/509, but readme file doesn't provide such information.
