Buildings disappearing

Hello,

So recently in the campaign mode I keep having the issue that some buildings will disappear. Not turn off, not scrap for materials, just vanish. I still own the tile and can rebuild (and do), but they vanish again usually within 5 or 30 seconds of being rebuilt. I have only noticed it happening on silicon or aluminum tiles so far. I have only noticed it while playing as Nomad. 

Any idea why is causing this bug? Is it a new thing? How can I figure out how to fix the problem?

I am getting this as well, mostly on Carbon. It is making the game unplayable (as someone with 1200+ hours into it)
There has been no recent update that I can see so not sure why this is suddenly happening
