Object Dock shortcuts!!! Help...

I need help making shortcuts for shutdown, restart and my dial up connection. I'm not sure which folder these files are in to make my object dock work. Please help and tell me how do I get these shortcuts up and running. I'm using WinXP.

I'm a night person. I like staying up late. I'm also a morning person, which means I get up early.

Good thing I dont need much sleep, otherwise I would always be tired.

Nah, someone told me about this thing called "sleep" I tried it, but I like to watch Eurosport (sumo-wrestling!) at night better.
