Permission for Ports or Enhancements to Stardock Purchase Items

Hi, as I don't find a case fulfilling a Stardock support ticket I will ask here:

Who do I have to write to seek permission to post enhancements/ports for skins/icons whose originals are Stardock/Wincustomize purchase items here exclusive on WC?

Hello,
To be clear, you're asking permission to port and distribute master skins? or skin that come with product such as Windowblinds/IconPackager/CursorFX?
