Where is the desktop color defined?

I'm still having trouble finding some colors:

Right click on your desktop, select Personalize, then Background. In the Background dropdown you can select Picture, Solid Color or Slideshow. You can use the Solid Color setting to change that background color. On your other issue I will let someone else answer that, but that should be the area where your taskbar tray icons are.

I think he is asking where to define those colors in SkinStudio.

You can't define the desktop background color in SkinStudio, there is a color setting in the Colours area, but it is non-functional like a ton of other stuff in SkinStudio Jan, but then again I may be wrong as I always use a desktop wallpaper.

Thanks for replying, let me rephrase my question:

Every time I apply this skin, my desktop color reverts back to this color 'blue' ...
How do I fix this?

How do 'professional' skins enforce a desktop color?

I don't see this 'blue' in the color section:

Where it says Show me the skin colour presets, use the dropdown to get Show me the skin defined systems colours, The Desktop Background color is there, but will it work? Who knows.
