Inactive title bar color

Hello

I don't know if this is the right place to post this.

I'm looking for a way to change the color of the inactive title bar, with a custom theme on Windows 11
No worries on the default theme via the registry, but it doesn't work with a custom theme

I don't know how to do it, I made my ttheme with Windows Style Builder a few years ago
And I'm looking for a way to modify this color,

Until now it was modified with a registry key (it works with the aero.msstyles file but it does not work with an xxxx.msstyles file)
