So I ended up missing our local ice festival, but got curious, If you could have or see an ice sculpture of anything, what would it be and why? A hero? A historical figure? A sins ship?

I was picturing a basic medieval dragon lying down, curled a little, with its head raised some and looking to the side.

I also like a Chinese/Oriental snake style.

I actually Googled "Types of Dragons", I had no idea there were so many.

An ice sculpture of a mythical creature like a dragon would be fascinating to see because it combines the beauty and grace of art with the imaginative and fantastical elements of folklore and legend. The intricate details and stunning transformation of a block of ice into a fearsome dragon would be a testament to the skill and creativity of the ice sculptor.

 

That seems to be a pretty favorite answer so far! Our own sculptures were pretty awesome from the photos I saw! I'd love to see ships, mechs, and mythological creatures
