Stardock acoustic bridge with NCH Debut vidio capture software

Faulty remote audio

from Stardock Forums

When using Stardock acoustic bridge with NCH Debut video capture software the remote audio is very low level and distorted.  This applies to not only whilst recording, but also during replay within the application.

The recorded video plays correctly outside of the NCH application.

I have checked both the local and remote audio settings and could not find anything wrong.

Systems are running:

Windows 10 Pro, 21H1, build 19043.2364

Debut professional V7.59

Stardock bridge V1.0, system audio 48Khz, 32 bit 2 channel.

Any help would be appreciated.

Without the user of this software, everything works fine, yes?

VLC etc run fine.  It is only with the Debut software.

Then clearly it is interfering with how Multiplicity functions.  Have you reached out to them for possible answers?
