Font Size of Group Headings

It would be great to be able to change the Font Size as well as being able to Underline the heading for each group created. It's hard to distinguish where my different groups begin and end.

I've seen others use symbols to delineate their group headings.
for example:
<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<< MISC UTILITIES >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
______________________________ MISC UTILITIES _____________________________
****************************** MISC UTILITIES ****************************
