Activation error

Greetings, my friend had just purchased Deskscapes 11 Beta order ID STARDOCK 230240-1668-87357 but when I try to activate it it says my email is not associated with my Stardock account. Thanks for the help. I have windows version 22H2 OS build 19045.2546.
