I finally saved & bought Object Desktop

That means also I am Level 4, but I can't download skins

I am a pensioner from downunder & I finally saved to buy Object Desktop - woo hoo.

I just had the cursor program when it was on special.

I installed Object Desktop & went to put some skins that I got from when I was a member for a year recently; I needed more as I didn't get for all the software in the Object suite.  I get told that I have already hit the limit with 390/30!  WOW, I didn't realise I downloaded that much, but I didn't download for awhile & I thought I could download some more.  At le4ast have another 30 downloads.  Then i found out that because I bought Object Desktop, I am a level 4 user and "this entitles you to unlimited file downloading on WinCustomize as long as you remain a current customer"

So, how come I don't get that entitlement?  Where do I get it?  Who do I ask?

Did you login to the site? Wincustomize. If you have an account once you log in you get all the DL's you would want.

I did login to WiNCustomize, but it says I was a past member.  It wants me to pay at a discount price, but I don't have to do that do I?  I just bought Object Desktop either this month or last month.  I am a pensioner & am still a bit broke from Xmas 2021

Sorry to hear you are having issues. If your Stardock account and Wincustomize account are not under the same email account. You might need to merge it together. https://forums.stardock.com/486311/accounts-and-activation-support-faq#mergeaccounts

If it indeed already under the same email address, than please raise support ticket using the link below, use the Account Management : As a question. Include all information details. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket, that will make your ticket back to the end of the line. Send once and wait. Ticket will be answer by the order they send in.

Hey Basj

I could not find out how to check my email address so I 'played possum' & pressed the 'I forgot my password' button & I put in my email address that I use in Stardock (I know that 4 sure).  And it came up with the picture below.  So I just created an account; I just could not use the same user name as it was taken, yeah, by me.  That does not matter, the main thing is, I used the same password just to keep it simple & it worked.  I logged into WinCustomize with the new user name, and it shows that I am a current user - woo.  Problem solved!  

I went and downloaded a handful of cursors just to check it out; man that BoXii is talented
