Are exotics transferred for refining to other star systems?

I was wondering if it's necessary to build exotic refineries in each system, or if mined exotics will be transferred to another system that already has one.  Thx in advance.

Exotics go into the global inventory of the match. One refinery is enough to start, but more is better.

A great shame that forums are being used to "train" or "observe" bot behaviour. Or are they up to something even more nefarious? Soon we will all have to attend the local post office to confirm we are real people the way this is going.
