4.5 Update Does "NOT" Have The Two Scout Ships:

I have the following DLC's:
Builder's Kit DLC
MAP Pac DLC
Mega Events DLC
Revenge Of The Snathi DLC
Mech Parts Kit DLC
The 4.5 update indicated that you would start out with 2 scout ships - but their not there. I checked the Terrans, Thalan's and the Drengin - not there.
I did see the updated tiles on Earth.
