can someone please help me with where in (change system color) to change the color of this font? this is zoomplayer settings and skin is circles by lightstar, windows 10 
Sorry, but I don't think that font color can be changed as it is more than likely controlled by the application itself and not by the operating system. You could experiment with it by changing font colors in SkinStudio though, but that may affect many other areas too.
thank you for your help, makes sense why i cant change it in wb, skinstudio is a little intimidating to me i just need to spend some time with it,
