I think its time for Objectbar + Right Click Updates

I think its time for Objectbar + Right Click Updates

Bringing back 2 classic programs to cure 11's shortcomings

With all the new limitations going on with Windows 11 and for future versions, I think it may be time to bring back the once amazing program Objectbar (Not to be confused with objectdock). The bar allowed you to create custom taskbars and sidebars similar to the vista sidebar. Windows 11 has been getting crippled with many things being lock to the look that Microsoft wants and not allow any customization's to those items. When the next Windows 11 update comes out, the start button will be limited to 48x48. This means many themes in the Windowblinds library that use any buttons bigger than that will be cut off and not look as intended. The taskbar clock and button text is locked to light/dark mode colors which may eventually not be changeable in the future. So I think it may be time for Objectbar to make a huge comeback along with Right click. These 2 programs would compliment windows 11 really well. Especially to allow taskbars on the top or sides and a better right click than what Microsoft includes with windows 11.

Please look into bringing back these programs. They would do well with the community!

Wait, we were speaking about dated designs? ;P

Tried  it and it still feels a bit dated, a little clunky at best. There are inconsistency with taskbar button presses not activating. You expect the button to show a pressed state when you click on it, nope. It just skips the pressed state and goes into the active state.

You obviously didn't get my joke regarding Your use of the classic design from Win 95. ;-)

Also it doesn't seem as easy as You might think. Just an example.

Acrylic would be the one to drop as W10's end of support, etc. is coming.

Nexus dock is ok but feels dated and does not support acrylic or mica effects and does not skin with one program; Windowblinds. We need an actual taskbar like replacement app that functions similar to the taskbar. Displayfusion build their own taskbar back in the win7 era, so I dont see why we cant have objectbar make a comeback and fill that role.

I have the same question ????
