FEATURE REQUEST

Hey guys, 

I have asked for this before, but we need a few improvements for groupy.

1. a hotkey or ability to assign a hot key to change a tabs name. gotta use the mouse everytime!

2. move the rename tab to the top... right now its next to close all windows.. and man, that's been a mistake and I close everything... ughhh...

3. A few programs I use, niftypm, slack, and basecamp, never "lock" in when I launch a saved groupy... thoughts? 

4. I use a bunch of google chrome profiles... all with different gmails for various clients.. but groupy doesn't recognize those as groupys. thoughts?

need a hotkey to rename a tab. I have to use the mouse for about 30 different tabs. The hotkey would be awesome.
 
Move the "Close all windows in this tab" down farther, just not next to the "rename tab" I keep hitting it and closing like 20 tabs when I am renaming it. Put that at the bottom?
If the hotkey is more accessible, then I wouldn't hit it🙂
 
Renaming tabs within tabs?
Now that windows 11 allows us to have nested tabs; it would be great to have the same functionality inside the tabbed tab...
for example, I have two windows explorer windows open; one I've named client another client b
inside of clients a and b... I have two tabs
one tabbed explorer window named logos
another tabbed explorer window names templates.
 
It would be great to duplicate the nested tabbed windows and rename them. Make sense? I can give you a video if you need one.

I believe this post was originally created before Groupy 2 was released:

It would be prudent to install Groupy 2 and create a new feature request post for what you feel is still valuable to have in the product.
