[Bug V1.10] Cannot attack defended anomaly with carriers

V1.10, when I try to explore a defended anomaly with a fleet composed of a survey ship with no weapons plus carriers (4 fighters each), I get this message:

Apparently the carrier's fighters are being overlooked when the check is made for "attack ships".
