Start 11 Tile Color Customization

Hi there! I recently purchased Start 11 and noticed that I can no longer change the tile color with a right-click. I have options for Unpin, Resize, Icon, Rename, More, Move to Next Page, and Uninstall, but the Color option no longer appears and there I used to be able to change the background color to default, multiple shades of grey, and some basic primary and secondary colors with the option to choose a specific color. How can I restore that option? I can't find a setting to do it and I uninstalled and reinstalled the software with no luck. Thank you!

I am using Windows 10 style. I had scrolled through the other styles though. Is it possible I lost that option somewhere?

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Can you post a screenshot of what you seeing when you right click on the tiles? Also post your Windows 10 or 11 full version number. Use Winver.exe.

BTW, did you tried restarting your system to see if that help?

Thank you,

I have shut-down and restarted numerous times but the issue does not resolve.

I am running Windows 10 Version 21H2 (OS Build 19044.2251)

This is what the menu looks like on a right-click, there used to be a Color option before the Icon option:

Try this, uninstall Start11, reboot immediately, re-download and reinstall latest Start11 V1.34 beta, reboot again and retest. Report back.

Check the Start Menu Configuration settings and make sure you don't have "Use Windows 11 style icons" turned on in the advanced section.

Click on "Configure menu" and scroll to the bottom of the page to the Advanced section.
