Krynn Ship Special Ability +5% influence not working

Details: The special ability of some of the Krynn ships to give +5% influence per level to worlds in range does not work
How to reproduce: Play with e.g. ship Missionary and move it near to one of your planets. Check the Influence calculation.

 

The Missionary should give +5% Influence per Level  Planet Iconia - no effect on Influence
