Connect to Wireless Display not functioning with Start 11

With the update to Windows 11 22H2 (22621.819) Start 11 has stopped showing the wireless connection selection dialog box for the Wireless Display in Windows 11. This just started after the update from 21H2. Without the dialog box there is no way to connect to a remote wireless display. This fails with all options to select a wireless display.

Are you sure this is linked to Start11?

We are not involved in that process at all.
