[RESOLVED] Start Menu Key is Gone

I used the regedit to shrink my Windows 11 taskbar to the size I had it on Windows 10 (Size 0 here) and now the windows button on Start11 is gone along with a lot of other information... Also, on my second display, the taskbar is stuck on the top instead of aligned at the bottom. Is there any way to fix these issues without changing back to Size 01 in regedit for the taskbar?

The taskbar is still aligned on the top of Display #2 regardless of taskbar size
