Just bought ultimate ed. but missing content (FIXED)

I bought the Gal Civ 3 ultimate edition this weekend on GoG, and I installed it with the offline installers (I'm not a fan of Galaxy). I installed the base game first, then I went down the list of DLCs. The problem is that it looks like there's missing content, particularly for the Retribution DLC. I tried reinstalling that DLC, but the problem persists. In the image below, I've moused over the Retribution campaign, but it is grayed out and says "Missing campaign data." In the images after that, you can see that the Drath and Korath don't have any information about their races. GoG says the version is 4.21.273666, and the game states it's 4.21. Can someone please help? Thank you in advance.

Hello, I fixed the problem and just wanted to update in case anyone else has similar issues. I uninstalled Gal Civ 3 (which automatically removed the DLCs), then reinstalled the Gal Civ 3 base game, followed by Retribution. I fired up the game and saw the Retribution campaign and the races' correct text. I then installed the rest of the DLC, periodically checking to make sure the content was all there. Not sure but maybe my previous attempt installed the DLC in a "bad" order.
