Planetary ‘Research Project’ Not Present

Hello -

I’ve been playing a few games, previously on 1.04, now on 1.05 live; and so far despite researching the technology that says it unlocks Planetary Project “Research”, I never have it available on any of my core worlds. Am I missing something, or was it removed in beta, or … ?

Happy to post some screenshots if necessary.
