Validating Registration problem

I also have a question that I am a little embarrassed about asking....
What exactly did I get when I bought Object Desktop. It was $49.95 I have enjoyed all the WB skins, cursors and wallpapers so much, that I thought it was about time I should buy it. Plus I thought I would get more options by not using the freeware version. How do I upgrade from the freeware versions of Cursor XP and Windowblinds on my computer so that I have all the options and not lose what I had downloaded?

You must also check to make sure the Email addres and Your name is correct

The Eamil address MUST be the one you used to purchase OD with, else it won't work

Other than that email [email protected] for futher answers, it may possibly be a log file gone wrong, only Stardock can sort that one out

BTW: There is no need to write two posts, just add a message to the original, something like:-

What does saying bump do?

It is a way to post a message which effectively relocates it to the most recent [head of the list].....any post would do, but 'bump' is an understood meaning...

Please email \program files\stardock\sdcentral\login.txt to [email protected]. I'll take a look at it later Sunday.

CursorXP is a seperate program. $10, but I think you might get a discount as you have ObjectDesktop.

Plus you can download two other free well used programmes in Object Dock and Logon Studio............plus when you connect to Stardock Central there are several other programmes available free.......i like Object Zip which is a great little replacement for WinZip or WinRar......the world is at your finger tips.........Nakor will sort out your prob and you will be well away....Good Luck

By the way MrsR........there are other progs other than OD that you can get skins here for and at other sites which are free also........Sysmetrix, Rainlendar and Winamp are just 3......Enjoy....you will find it is the best 50 bucks you ever spent

I'm still having problems.

Nakor I emailed you again this afternoon... still waiting to her from you or Stardock.

It gets worse... This evening I subscribed to Wincustomize and downloaded the browser and the tray thingy. I installed them by clicking the links that I received in an email. But when I tried to used them, It wouldn't let me and I got an error message the my subscription has expired???? What the heck is going on??? I just spent $70.00 here in the last 2 days and everything is all screwed up. >

River, do you have msn messenger or icq?

If so we could wlak through something real time in chat, or we could do that on the Stardock IRC server if you have and use an IRC client?

Go into 'Edit Account' and cross reference your account.........

might not want to do that to fast...

Get one working so at least one is validated... SDC is the main one, but if that is not validating, then get WinC to validate and do not cross reference until SDC thingy is fixed, that way limitations are removed for using the site so no download limits and such..

make sure you use the exact email address you used when purchasing OD Net when trying to validate registration of SDC and products.

From inside SDC, see if you can validate WinCustomize Browser...

If it makes it, then cross ref the accounts and see if that takes.

If not double check all of your user information inside of SDC for product registration, validation.

Name, Email Address, Password, Serial Number, no white spaces, type-o's

Cut and Paste works best, from the eMail you were sent that you clicked the link to download with...

In SDC you can retrieve you Registration Information and have it sent to your original email account used when purchasing, this will make sure your info is in fact in the Database, and you can cut and paste from that email...

I have cross referenced several times today whe I was trying to figure this mess out... maybe I shouldn't have. I did find out that I am a level 4 user.

I have MSN messenger but not icq. I will try to gook up with you or someone on it tomorrow. It's 12:19 a.m. here now, and time for me to go to bed.

I sure will appreciate any help you or anyone can give me. I don't know why I am having so much trouble with this stuff.
