inversion
1-when i click left it is a right reaction with the mouse
2-The middle rolling button became "Zoom"
In Windows 11/ config mouse, click right is set "default mouse button".

Sorry to hear you are having issues. But, do know that CursorFX 4 compatibility on Windows 11 is still on "TBD" as stated here : https://forums.stardock.com/505717/stardock-app-compatibility Knowing that, what do you actually mean by "inversion"?
