colony approval is disappear
what is happens?

some dev can comment this post please?
Im not sure what you mean.
colony "castor3" as see in the screenshot do not have approval stat, is disappeared. In previous build was there

this is a screen of an previous one build, wolf Prime has approval stat bottom right
That one is a core though? I'll check in my own game.
you are right, changed of another example image
Yea, I'm seeing the same, no approval icon on colonies, but it's there on core.

good im not alone, so its a bug
Colonies don't report Approval because it doesn't have impact there like it does on Core Worlds.
thant's strange so what is it the purpouse of minister of colonization that give + approval on colony?
colony should be rebel on low approval...

Plus there's the executive decision to distribute goods that specifically says a bonus to colony approval.

yeah dont make sense something missing
With the current state of the game colony approval doesn't matter. But if something like GC3's governmental systems were added, colony approval could mean a great deal. So I'd keep an eye on it, so to speak, and see if future DLCs or expansions bring it back.
if colony approval doesn't matter, minister of colonization doesn't matter, "Plus there's the executive decision to distribute goods that specifically says a bonus to colony approval." doesn't matter. I will play this game when it will be complete...
gal civ 4 is released, it is no more in EA
To me, the idea that approval from colonies is no longer important makes sense.
What are your colonies going to do, if they don't like their Core World which they're tied to? They're basically slaves, meant to work for their Core World. If they don't like it, too bad.
I accept that Stardock need to remove all discussion of "Colony Approval" if that's the case - Colonists are just slaves, so who cares if they don't like the atmosphere on ZiggyLoveXI?!
If that's the way Stardock are going, I'd suggest that if Governments are coming back - and they most certainly should - then it's only the Core Worlds who get to vote. That's yet another step on the road to lessening the micromanaging of your empire.
i can partially approve, but so some mechanisms as a minister of colonization lose their meaning or not? it seems a game not finished...
You are right. I need to switch that Minister to another effect.
During Early Access with had government elections which required the approval of all of your citizens to pass, so approval of colonists mattered. But once elections were removed this hasn't mattered.
Why elections was removed? it is a good feature!
