[BUG] Leader card stuck on screen during turn?

For some reason, this leader card just pops up out of nowhere ... I can move it around the screen but I cannot close or remove it until I end turn and it cycles through everyones turn back to mine again.

This is the second time this has happened in the last 10 or so turns ...

Seems to be if I'm on the map view and click and drag the screen from a certain point (somewhere in the top-right corner) ... then this dude pops up and won't go away  :P  Annoying sometimes as it blocks events happening behind it!
