Fences upgrade

Supply Chain Risk Management

Hi......I have sent numerous emails and called about ordering a Fences upgrade. I work for JPL/NASA and our Supply Chain Risk Management Manager has to obtain answers to several questions before I can place an order. No one has contacted our Supply Chain Risk Management Manager nor myself. Who can we contact who will answer our questions?

Hello,

Sorry to hear you are having trouble.

Hi......I have sent numerous emails and called about ordering a Fences upgrade.

These may seem like remedial questions but I have to ask to ensure something is not broken.

What email address exactly are you sending to?  Have you used the form here at all and did not get a response?

If you use that form, your questions will be answered in short order.

Again, our apology for the frustration and delay.

Hi Sean.....my co-worker Saeed and I have sent emails to [email protected], [email protected], and [email protected]. We hav also submitted tickets/requests via Contact Sales via https://www.stardock.com/corporatesolutions/

Here are the questions that need to be answered per Saeed/NASA:

JPL has shown interest to purchase/evaluate Fences 4.

I am a Supply Chain Risk Management Coordinator at NASA/JPL. As such, I ensure that all acquisitions of Covered Articles comply with NASA Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (“NFS”) Clause 1852.239, Information Technology System Supply Chain Risk Assessment.

To do so, the Country of Origin (CoO) information must be obtained from the company that develops, produces, manufactures, or assembles the product(s). Specifically, identify the country where each of the following products were developed, manufactured, and assembled. For the Software, where the product was developed and where the codes were written.

As required by Section 208 of the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2021 and Section 889 of the Fiscal Year 2019 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), please advise if the product(s) in question is/are not manufactured by, contain components manufactured by or substantial influence from prohibited entities – Huawei, ZTE, Hytera, Hikvision, and Dahua and their subsidiaries and affiliates

Lastly, If the CoO is outside the United States, please provide any information you may have stating that final product testing is performed in the United States prior to supplying products to customers.

Please complete the below and return within 2-business days. Your response to this email is critical; otherwise, if no response is received, this may jeopardize the execution of the purchase.
