incorrect research time calculation
with good research heroes suddenly takes more time than without

hello, my research round time was only 1 round to complete, i bought a new hero with super research skill and used him as research minister, see screenshot, but suddenly the time has increased to 2 rounds! there must be a transposed digit, with better research you can't suddenly need twice as long...^^, please check this one
