Title: Stuck on enemy turn (unknown civ 2)

Version: 1.03
Details: The game freezes on an enemy turn and I can't do anything about it. I've tried loading older games, (even back 10 turns and I still come to the same point)
How to reproduce: Simply press next turn.

We have lots of stuck turn fixes in 1.04.

I loaded you save in 1.04 and it got to the next turn without an issue so this should be fixed for you. 1.04 is currently available on test.
