Xeloxi's Ladgerda ship stationed in planet

There is a support ship called Ladgerda from Xeloxi that flees battles. I've been attacking the planet it's stationed in for over 20 turns now. I've started with 2 groups of ships, now i've got 5 of them around the planet and still unable to siege it. Please limit it's evasion, it's crazy overpowered stationed in a planet, i've only had 1 or 2 attacks that damaged it. Or if there is a trick to beating it that i am not seeing?

Update: Somewhere between 20 or 30 turns later with around 8 groups of ships around the planet attacking it each turn and i was still unable to siege it, Meanwhile i've beaten the terrans and eveything else that xeloxi had. This is the last planet standing in the galaxy and i gave up attacking, i'm now just spaming end turn to culture flip it. That one single ship withstood about 200 attacks by it's self against considerably stronger fleets. Please nerf.
