GalCiv IV v1.03
Create your own civilization.

GalCiv IV v1.03
Share and download community made civilizations.

Galactic Civilizations IV released last month, and we're here with its first of many updates. If you've created an awesome civilization that you're just dying to share with the world, your time has come: v1.03 is here and the civilization workshop is open for business! You can now add custom portraits to your civilization in order to make it even more unique.

Community feedback is important to us, and we're surfing our forums and Discord daily, noting suggestions, bugs and changes you'd like to see. v1.03 is just the start to seeing those updates... Players will experience more variety in space exploration with several new anomaly events, like 'The Rabbit and Hounds'. Enemy ships have been slowed down in your territory to give players a chance to defend and deploy their defensive units instead of chasing faster moving small enemy ships around their area.

GalCiv IV v1.03
One of several new events, 'The Rabbit and Hounds'

As the all-powerful leader of a spacefaring civilization, players will seek out new star systems and discover the exciting potential of the subspace realm. With over a dozen starting civilizations to choose from - the possibilities for each playthrough are endless, leaving players with a truly unique experience every time they start up a new game.

How do you upload new civs?  I don't see an option to do so, but I'm probably missing something obvious...

Thanks!  Totally obvious in hindsight, and completely missed it, haha.
