Makes last open app the top 1/4 inch of the Descscape background when it's closed

Having a problem with DesckScape Version 11 Beta 5.  I'm using Windows 11 with latest Version 21H2, and I have an Asus RTX-3060 Graphic card.

The problem I'm having isn't critical or anything like that, but when I start my PC the DeskScape Backgrounds work great, but when I open any app, and close it when done, the top Approx. 1/4 inch of that app becomes the top of the Deskscape Background.  It doesn't push the background down, it just becomes the top 1/4 inch of the background.  If you try clicking on it to see if the app is still open, for me it activates Fences, so it seems it's part of the background.  I can open my Nvidia software and reset my graphic card size, and the problem clears, but as soon as I open an app it all starts again.

Is this a problem with the Beta version of DeskScape or do I have a Windows 11, or Graphic Problem?

Hello,

*** Note - If you restart Windows Explorer it will reset your screen and remove that 1/4 inch back to normal.
