Hi Everone,

 

 I'm brand new to this forum and I apologize if this is a stupid question but I didn't know where else to ask for help. 

I purchased the Lush (window blind?) but all that I received were the desktop background pictures but not the actual (application?).

It doesn't change the rest of the style and modifications to the theme. 

I hope that I am explaining the problem correctly. Can anyone guide me so that I can experience the apt as it is meant to work?l

My system (PC) is a Lenovo laptop with a Windows10 o/s. I have been able to install both Windowsblinds and also the WinStep programs. Those both work but when I try to set up the Lush theme I am having no luck.

Lush is one of my designs huronjoe1 and when you make your purchase and got to download it you should get a Lush.zip file. Inside that .zip should be a Lush.wba file and a folder called Lus wallpapers with the desktop wallpapers. After extracting the .wba file all you should have to do is double click on it to install it and then apply it with Windowblinds.

If this is not what you are getting when you download then you will need to contact Stardock support ( [email protected] ) and wait for a reply. Sorry you are having this issue and thanks for your purchase. There have been 12 purchases of Lush this month and no problems other than yours have been reported that I am aware of.

Hi LightStar,

Thanks to your reply I was finally able to install your creation. It works just fine now and it is a beautiful window blinds appearence. 

It was purely my error due to my inexperience. Fortunately, you were able to save the day for me.   

I hope that eventually, I will be able to produce these items for myself, in the meantime, I depend on people with your abilities, and I appreciate your help and talent.
