Renewal price and new customer price the same?

I was trying to renew my subscription and the site is showing a price of $39.99 for renewal which is the same as buying a new subscription. Is anyone else seeing this?

to Renew at a discounted price @19.99 ...

Thanks! Using your link I was able to find the renewal pricing unfortunately the 20% off code from the survey sent out this week is not working.

Hi Sean,

I looked at that thread but couldn't find any info on my question: i.e. why does a renewal cost the same as new customer getting a brand new subscription with a discount. If you really want to keep me vested in renewing my annual it should be significantly cheaper then a new customer buying a discounted one year subscription. That shows dedication to your current customers.
