The Terran Reistance towards the Terran Alliance

When playing the Terran Alliance, when you meet the Terran Resistance for the first time, they are overly hostile and thank us for the yuperdrive and calls us alien scum.... Is this a generic conversation that was left in after beta?

I know that the Resistance is a bit salty for being abandoned, but to call us alien scum, and at the same time thanking us for the hyperdrive that was a terran invention seems a bit strange to say the least.

As Resistance when meeting the Alliance I get greetings like we will own you but nothing about aliens.

That's weird.... i got them two times on two differen't playthroughs.... Is it because I edited the Terran Alliances traits at the start of the game? Shouldn't be right? all the other races identify me as humans.
