I've gotten events from Anomaly surveys that give me free colony upgrades. But I cannot for the life of me figure out how to use them. Could anyone explane it to me? I know ship upgrades are available when you level up. But how do you use the colony ones?
Select the colony you're considering upgrading. You'll see something like this in the lower left corner:
Click on the planet icon on the lower right and it will bring up a list of possible upgrades:
Mouse over them to see what they do, and if you want one, click on it to select it and then click on upgrade.
You're limited to one upgrade per colony.
Note that if your colony is defended, the colony might look like this:
In which case you'll have to click on the second icon (looks like people) to show the upgrade icon.
Okay thank you. Can't seem to find it on any of my world they all have one type of upgrade or another might be the diffuclty settings I have, it's on easy so I can learn the game.
What's the upgrade?
Nevermind I finally figured it out, they wheren't colonies, they had a govoner so I was misunderstanding how it worked thank you all though
