base GalCiv3 included expansions?

I see on Steam that the base version of Galactic Civilizations III shows Crusade and Retribution included. If I already have the base game on Steam do I get those as well, or would I need to purchase them separately? Is there a way I can check if I have these expansions?

Sorry, the DLC can not be added to accounts that already had the base game before the package was created.

To check which DLC you own simply be logged in to Steam and look at the DLC's page.
