Suggestion: Notification box when someone beats you to a wonder

When I'm building say, Elon's Lift, and someone beats me to it, I should get a notification that "x race" or "unknown race" has built Elon's Lift etc. as in previous games.

This is annoying. Currently you only get the notification if you know the race that built it.
