SPACE KITTENS

Someone in another thread suggested the idea of customizable citizens, and that got me thinking.... 

I want to be able to create a custom race of space kittens! I want each citizen to be a photo of some adorable kitten I downloaded off the internet! I want all their text filled with cat-based puns! I want to be able to enslave humans (because that's the natural order of things)! I want them to have a boost to beam weapons (and a nerf to other weapons) because kitties REALLY like lasers!

Perhaps this is too much customization for the game itself, but maybe some could make a mod? (I don't know anything about programming myself, unfortunately.) Will somebody get on this? Please, please, please!

Much can be done already. If the history/ability of GCIII is any indicator GSIV will have the rest in time.

I see a file folder to add Citizens, assuming pics but what size and how are they named? Assuming they have to be a part of a race....
