Modifications to existing WindowBlinds skin.

It's most of what I want.  The changes I want to make are shown in the picture I've linked to.  I made changes using SkinStudio but those aren't showing up in the skin.  I looked at the tutorial for SkinStudio and that will take time to work through.  Alternatively, are the changes I want simple enough that those can be posted here and I can just copy them to my Win10 installation, or will I need to work through that tutorial?

If I understood you correctly, you can modify/change any skin to your desires, but...you may not distribute it, without the original author's permission.

You can post a picture of it in the screenshot of the month thread provided you make it clear that you altered someone else's skin.
