infinite update bug

I update start10 then reboot, it says there is an update again I install and update again then reboot in an infinite cycle.

I have Version 1.97 not sure how to check what version it's trying to install, but it's through object desktop.

I just tried installing start11 and the start menu animations are playing behind the start menu instead of in front

You're now on Start11, yes? Installation work and completed. Start Menu animation from Windowblinds and you on Windows 10, yes? If so, which WB theme you're using?
