Normal Citizen Stats

In one of the sets of patch notes, you showed all of the stat bonuses/penalties each race gets. Like the Baratak get +3 diligence, -1 social, -1 intelligence (or whatever their stats +/- were).

It would be really nice if you showed those bonuses and penalties on the start screens and drop down menus when selecting a race to use for custom civs. Seeing the numbers are much better than a vague word description, for some people. Like me...

Will it still be possible to create custom citizens for your civ? If so, what are the requirements for it to show up in game?
